Description

The Speck is obtained from the non-fat and boneless thigh of the pork, according to an entirely artisanal process.

Lean and more spicy than ordinary hams, it is distinguished by its delicately smoked aromas. It can be enjoyed with a slice of melon or with raclette-meal.
