“It was a time when organic was a limited trend and, in a country where the art of the table is traditional, there was no sign that the markets would change in favour of an isolated trend.

In 2015, I invested in the eco-responsible sector, to manufacture and distribute labelled cured meat products. In view of the success I have experienced and in order to meet the growing demand, in 2019 I have imagined a generalist brand, exclusively reserved for organic distribution.

Attentive to the expectations of a rising generation, it is also the attachment to the men and women who work their land while respecting its constraints that fascinates me. Discovering these new talents is an energy that drives me every day.”
